What You’ll Do
- Architect and build systems that power our AI-powered medical scribe, ensuring accuracy, security, and scalability.
- Work on cutting-edge technologies, including voice technologies and LLMs to solve complex problems in healthcare documentation.
- Collaborate with seasoned engineers, product managers, and designers to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that meet real-world needs.
- Take ownership of critical projects, from ideation to deployment, and see your work directly impact thousands of clinicians and patients.
Who You Are

You may be a good fit if ...
- You have 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- You have a strong product mindset.
- You have strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, TypeScript, Ruby).
- You have deep knowledge in at least one of the following areas: full-stack development, ML engineering, ML Ops, infrastructure engineering, security, observability and operational excellence.
- You thrive in ambiguous environments where ownership, adaptability, and a bias for action are essential.
- You are energized by the challenge of building something from the ground up to have real-world impact.
